Young Israel Senior Services of Midwood accepts individuals who are:
- 60 years old and above
- Can’t live alone at home
- Require assistance with day-to-day activities
- Medicare and /or Medicaid eligible or willing to pay private pay fees.
- Meet the State’s eligibility criteria for care facility services
